Seafarers are advised to exercise caution after pirates boarded a vessel off the coast of Pointe Noire, Congo.

- Description: On Monday the 22th October 2018 at 2328 UTC, in position at 04°46’46S/ 011°47’30E (Pointe Noire) an MV has been boarded by armed persons. They boarded via the anchor chain. Crew and vessel are safe.
